We always ship books or other items ordered from Archivepublishing.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of your order. If the item is out of stock, we will either telephone you or e-mail you on receipt of your order to let you know the situation.
The exception to this is on Pre-publication special offers when it may take up to 28 days to deliver your order. Again, you will be kept informed by e-mail or telephone. |

| General Returns Policy |
